AYURAH, the resort’s wellness centre, has a lengthy menu of holistic therapies, modern diagnostics, personalised consultations and coaching. The signature wellness retreats follow six pillars – diet, movement, recovery, mindfulness, connection and pampering – to support lasting lifestyle changes. Daily group classes, private fitness sessions and nourishing meals are also part of the line-up.
Elsewhere, there’s an ocean-facing infinity pool to enjoy, and lots to explore in the surrounding area. World-class golf courses, Khao Sok National Park, and the limestone peaks of Phang Nga Bay are all accessible, as well as the temples and nightspots of Phuket town centre.
Little ones welcome at the resort. There’s a kids’ club available with a dedicated pool and playground.
There are six signature wellness retreats to choose from, each targeting different aspects of health and wellbeing, weight loss to self-love. Designed to transform and deliver measurable results, they range from three to 21 nights (some longer to fully embed new habits). Every programme follows Ayurah’s six pillars – healthy diet, movement, recovery, mindfulness, connection and pampering – with the philosophy of the Middle Path (moderation in all things) a mainstay throughout. Movement classes and a fitness centre are available, too.
Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa lies on Natai Beach in Phang Nga, overlooking the Andaman Sea. Phuket Town is less than 30 minutes away, giving you easy access to temples, street food stalls and attractions like The Big Buddha hilltop statue and Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. Transfers from Phuket International Airport take around 30 minutes.
