Overview
Epic Sana is a chic hotel located along the golden coastline of the Algarve. Set away amidst pine forests and overlooking the beaches below, it offers the perfect place to escape and relax. The resort centres around the Sayanna Wellness Centre which takes inspiration from Oriental holistic treatments. Here you can enjoy a range of spa treatments and make the most of the 24-hour gym. The Sayanna Welless Spa & Fitness Centre is at the heart of Epic Sana. Strongly inspired by oriental treatments, the spa invites you to improve the wellbeing of your mind and body and offers a range of spa therapies including Vichy water treatments and relaxing massages. The spa is strictly for over 16’s only.
Please note that we only advertise a selection of spa programmes. Epic Sana's signature retreats are also possible to book. These are 7 night retreats and you can choose from: De-stress, Yoga, Reshape, Mindfulness and Body&soul detox. Please contact us for more details.

What’s on the menu
The dining experience plays an important part of a stay at Epic Sana. Each restaurant has its own individual character and menus but there is one thing in common: only the best ingredients are used.
If you are dining on half board, breakfast and dinner is served in the Abyad restaurant. It can be served as buffet, à la carte or table d´hote depending hotel´s occupancy.
A nutritional full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, min-morning and afternoon snack) is available to pre-book. Compulsory nutritional analysis must be booked for this meal plan (ask us for more information).
Location
For a lovely coastal cliff top walk you can walk to Vilamoura marina in 45 minutes for restaurants and boutiques.
Nearest airport
Faro Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car. There are plenty of flights to Faro throughout the year and the flight time is approximately 2.5 hours.
Families, Children & Infants
The ‘Little Star’s Kids Club is open for children aged between 4 – 12 years old. They offer activities such as team games, artwork, cinema, face painting, gymkhana, origami and cooking workshops. It is only open during the summer months.Reviews
