De-stress Retreat

at Amal Tamara

Though often ignored, mental health is a significant part of overall wellness. Given the many factors that induce stress in fast-paced urban city life, the Amal Tamara De-Stress Programme is designed to provide a calming experience to reduce stress. Through a combination of therapeutic Ayurvedic treatments, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle-reforming activities, an integrated approach to mental health promises to restore health and tranquility, both physically and emotionally.
Included in your 7 day programme
  • Detailed consultation on day of arrival
  • Daily consultations throughout stay
  • Final consultation on departure
  • Daily Ayurvedic treatments as advised by Ayurveda doctor 
  • Daily yoga session (60 minute each)
  • Daily meditation session (45 minute each)
  • 1 Private therapeutic yoga session (60 minutes)
  • Wellness, cultural and lifestyle activities as per schedule
  • Full board - curated vegetarian meals based on doctor’s recommendations
  • Specially prepared herbal medication during stay, based on doctor’s recommendations
  • Enrollment into Amal Yatri, customer for life program
  • Five monthly follow up consultations after departure, conducted online
  • Return transfer from Cochin International Airport
  • Optional complete digital detox
