Prakriti Shakti encourages you to ‘awaken the healer within you’, and this personalised naturopathy retreat sidesteps invasive therapies and instead looks to food, movement, rest, and time in nature to do just that – helping your body reset and heal itself naturally. Expect daily check-ins with a doctor, tailored therapies (from massages to mud wraps), yoga sessions, lifestyle guidance, and customised diet plans.

£2,800 per person sharing / £3,250 single use room for 7 nights retreat

  • Daily consultation with the doctors
  • All naturopathy treatments such as Mud therapy, Hydrotherapy, Heliotherapy, Energy Medicine, Massages, Physiotherapy as prescribed by the Doctor
  • Daily Yoga therapy (both group and private sessions)
