PROGRAMME

Ayurveda Rejuvenation

at Somatheeram Ayurveda Beach Resort

If you are looking for an authentic Ayurveda, this programme is a must! Your stay will start with a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor who will prescribe your daily treatments (up to 1.5 hours, usually done in the morning), yoga classes and meditation session to target your specific wellbeing needs. You might be given specific herbal supplements too. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
Included in your 7 day programme
  • In-depth wellness consultation with an ayurvedic doctor (at the start of the programme) 
  • Daily Ayurvedic medical consultation (ongoing support) 
  • Daily personalised Ayurvedic rejuvenating treatment (as prescribed by the Ayurvedic doctor, approx 1.5 hours)  
  • Daily group yoga session (choice of beginner, intermediate or advanced level) 
  • Daily group meditation session 
  • Ayurvedic herbal supplements 
  • Personalised Ayurvedic vegetarian full board (including unlimited herbal teas) 
  • Pre-departure wellness consultation
