Rather than offering wellness as an indulgence or a schedule to keep up with, Datu invites guests into a slower, more intentional way of being. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, every element of the retreat is designed to support deep rest, emotional clarity, and inner rebalancing. Practices are tailored and address the mind, body, and nervous system, and can take many forms, from acupuncture to soothing massages. In between, there’s a peaceful pool and a neighbouring sandy beach to enjoy.
This isn’t wellness in the modern, high-performance sense. The week is not about adding more, but about gently shedding – quietening the noise, restoring balance, and reconnecting with what matters. You can expect to go home with teachings that help you sustain the benefits long after you leave, too.
Just so you know, this is an adults-only retreat. The minimum age is 16 years and younger guests must be accompanied.
Approximate check in time is 2pm. We suggest choosing flight that arrives in Italy at noon or later.
