Palazzo Fiuggi’s Longevity & Rejuvenation program is designed precisely to counteract the effects of aging. The program therefore aims to reduce tissue and body aging with an integrated approach, using specialist tests to identify any imbalances. A personalized treatment plan is created that focuses on balanced diet and nutrition, exercise and a correct lifestyle to achieve healthy, physiological aging. The food line, created by 3 Michelin star chef Heinz Beck and supervised by the Health and Scientific Management of Palazzo Fiuggi, combines a finely calculated nutritional approach based on the nutritional needs of the individual with the taste of haute cuisine. In fact, the food line supports the purifying path and objective: food is experienced as a true medicine.
