Flexible Fitness

at Sentido Galosol

Our signature flexible fitness programme gives you a choice of one daily private fitness activity for 5 day. Each class is 60 minutes long and you can mix and match the way you like. Increase your overall fitness, try something new or simply have fun! Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Included in your 5 day programme
  • 5 Private fitness sessions (one a day, 60 minutes each), choose from:

  • - Pilates
  • - Personal training
  • - Dance
  • - Squash
  • - Cross training
  • Spa and Fitness introduction 
  • 1 Authentic Balinese massage (60 minutes)
  • Free access to the spa with swimming pool, sauna and plunge pool (in Galomar hotel)
