Overview hotel

Shanti Maurice is set on the beach in the south of Mauritius with a dramatic mountain backdrop. It is spread over 35 acres of tropical gardens. The beach is calm and peaceful and within touching distance of your accommodation.

Mauritius is a stunning island with turquoise seas, white sandy beaches, forested and mountainous areas with a rich wildlife. Waterfalls and lagoons are within easy reach from Shanti Maurice as well as local towns and villages. The hotel is only a short drive away from the 18 hole Avalon Golf Estate, fragrant tea plantations and it has its own coral reserve in the Indian Ocean.

When to go

Mauritius benefits from a mild climate all year but the best time to visit is from April to June and from September to December. Mauritius also has a microclimate with different temperatures and climatic conditions depending on the region.
