Overview hotel
Ananda is located in the north of India, just on the Himalayan foothills. It is situated on an 100 acre Maharaja’s Palace estate surrounded by forests and overlooks Rishikesh and river Ganges.
When to go
The most pleasant weather is from March to June with nice warm temperatures. The monsoon season is from mid June to mid August but it doesn't rain all day, usually with heavy morning showers. in the winter It's usually cooler from October to February.
What we love
- You will be provided with Kurta Pyjamas in your room which you can wear to yoga and to your spa treatments so pack lightly as most of the time you will be wearing those
- The Tibetan massage focuses on lymphatic drainage, acupressure and meridian work using hot Himalayan salt
