Overview hotel

Sentido Galosol is located on Madeira’s sleepy south-east coast, with a front-row view of the Atlantic Ocean. You’re just a short drive from the capital, Funchal, here, putting you in good stead for exploring the city’s bodegas, shops and Farmers’ Market. Transfers from Cristiano Ronaldo Funchal International Airport take around 15 minutes.

Madeira is celebrated for its outdoor adventures, and Galosol can arrange experiences nearby such as cycling through scenic trails, hiking in dramatic landscapes, and boat tours along the coast.

When to go

Madeira is full of microclimates but stays warm almost all year round. Temperatures in winter are 18 – 22 degrees and in summer 24 – 26 degrees.
