Hotel Royal is a 'Palace de France' and spread over 47 acres of forested grounds, Hotel Royal is a place where time stood still. The Spa Evian Sources has won World Spa Awards in 2020 in France Best Wellness Retreat category and it really speaks for itself! Spa spreads over 1200 SqM with open views of nature and the lake is devoted to wellbeing of body and mind. Evian is home to the famous natural mineral water spring. The Spa Evian Source works on balance and beauty in 4 main treatment areas: Re-energy (to revive positive energy), Relaxation (to release build up tension), Facial revelation (to reveal the radiant, bright and fresh complexion) and Body revelation (for toned, hydrated and restructured body). The treatment menu features well-being, beauty and slimming treatments as well as Biologique Recherche treatments.Spa offers a wide range of programmes devided into 2 categories so you can chose the right level for you. 'Full programmes' are more focused and comprehensive including balance full board meals and consultation with spa manager. These programmes are Slimming, Wellness, Altearah Detox and Biologique Recherche Luxury ritual.
Other programmes are less comprehensive providing overall boost and relaxation, perfect for those who want to enjoy a leisure stay. These programmes are Slimming rituals, Pampering, Re-energy and Detox Rituals. These programmes do not included meals.
Spa facilities include 24 treatment rooms, relaxation room, 2 heated pools (indoor and outdoor), outdoor hydro-circuit, hot tub, sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool. There is also a hairdressing salon.
Fitness amenities consist of aqua gym pool, weight training area, cardio training rooms as well as 4 tennis courts. Sports coaches are always at hand. The Sport & Culture Department provides balls, golf clubs, petanque balls, tennis balls and rackets at no extra charge.

What’s on the menu
Please note that pool bars such as L'Oliveraie and La Chaise Lounge are only open during summer months.
Hotel offers healthy menus as well as vegetarian and gluten free options, they have a variety of set menus available for each restaurant.
If you book on Slimming, Wellness, Altearah Detox and Biologique Recherche Luxury spa programme, you will have full board (balance menu) meals included within your programme.
Please note that hotel does not offer half or full board. Your stay will automatically include breakfast, all other meals can be purchased at the venue on pay as you go basis.
Location
Hotel is located above Lake Geneva and at the foot of the Alps in Evian-les-Bains. It is a charming town with lakeside promenade, beaches, cobbled streets, marina and busy summer market. Town is within walking distance of the hotel. The ideal way to travel between the hotel and Geneva is by Evian Resort taxi. From Lausanne via a boat shuttle. Evian Resort also provides a shuttle service which runs throughout the Evian Resort and to Evian town centre. Electric bikes are available for your use. The closest skiing resort is only 15 minutes away.
If you have a car you can reach Geneva in 1 hour, Montreux or Les Portes du Soleil for skiing in 45 minutes.
Nearest airport
Nearest airport is Geneva (Switzerland) which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes drive away.Helicopter transfer is also possible and would take about 15 minutes.
Families, Children & Infants
For children aged 3 to 9 years there is a kid's club available (free of charge). For teens (10- 15 years) there is the Teen's Resort Club available which is free of charge.
