at Palacio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Spa

Improve confidence, balance, strength, flexibility and posture with Pilates Reformer package. Pilates studio features cutting-edge equipment as Reformer, Pilates Cadillac, Chair, Trapeze and Barrels combination to help you achieve full body strength and balance. Minimum stay is 4 nights.

  • 2 Reformer Pilates private classes (60 minutes)
  • 1 Pilates mat group class (45 minutes)
  • 2 Fitness group classes (your choice; 30/45 min)
