Express Detox

at MasQi - The Energy House

If you need to purify yourself and to cleanse your body to give it strength and energy, then this program is for you. A short but very effective stay in which you will deeply cleanse your body and reset yourself, in readiness to focus on a new healthier lifestyle. Do you need to feel better inside and out? We propose that you spend a few days in MasQi to give your body the energy it needs, purifying and cleansing yourself. We will create a Detox diet, based on liquids (broths, smoothies and infusions), with which we will also improve our health and rejuvenate our appearance. This program is completed by yoga classes, lots of rest and nature walks.
