Transform Retreat

at MasQi - The Energy House

A holistic program of 6 nights in which you can experience a change in your life, taking you towards healthier habits by finding inner peace, improving your physical and mental state and living more fully and happily. Have you become aware of who you are and how your life is going? From MasQi we present a trip to your interior where you will connect with yourself and get to change all those aspects of your day to day life that you would like to improve. Draw a plan to feel better, see things clearly and take charge. To achieve change we will use an infallible combination of yoga and meditation practice, therapies to recover and balance energy, ayurveda sessions, mentoring and a healthy life course.
