Wellness
It’s all about natural healing here and allowing the body to heal itself – the principles of holistic health care which advocates restoring balance to your whole being. The programmes are all designed to align with the cycles of nature. The Ranch recommends cleansing treatments at the start of the week, relaxing treatments mid week and energising treatments in the last couple of days.
Facilities include separate men and woman's health centres, skin care centre, 44 treatment rooms, beauty salon, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, 2 swimming pools, 11 gyms, yoga studios, running track, Pilates studio, meditation rooms and dance studio.

What’s on the menu
Rancho believes that it is important to eat slowly in a pleasing environment and that the beauty of the meal is also an important source of nourishment. The food is super healthy and mainly organic. Breakfasts and lunches are a buffet style, dinner is a sit down 4 course dinner (portions are calorie controlled). Fish is served but no meat. Wine is only served on Friday evenings but you can also buy it at the grocery store.
Snacks are served in the main lounge (at 10.30; 14.45 and 16.00).

Nearest airport
The transfer time from San Diego International Airport is approximately 80 minutes by car. There are free group airport transfers every Saturday.
Please note that you do have to factor in time for US Customs as you cross the border into Mexico which can take an additional 1.5 hours.
There are direct flights from London.

Families, Children & Infants
Minimum age policy is 14 years old. Rancho La Puerta runs a Family Week occasionally when it drops to a minimum age of 7 years.Reviews
