Wellbeing Escapes Self Care Retreat 5 - 8 September
Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom
Overview
Many of us women have got used to normalising the stress in our lives. But stress impacts our nervous system. Our thoughts and emotions affect our physical wellbeing. We need time and guidance to reset.
Spend a weekend with like-minded women and women who share their heartfelt expertise in wellness practices that support a more balanced life of health and happiness.
Our Self Care Retreat is led by Stella Photi, the Founder of Wellbeing Escapes and host of our Wellbeing At Home series. She will be sharing scientifically-proven practices to connect with the wisdom of our heart. She’s also invited some of her favourite practitioners - in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, sound healing, journalling, crystal healing, seasonal eating, yoga and massage - to support you, over a long weekend, at Tofte Manor, an exquisite estate in the English countryside, dedicated to personal transformation.
You will unwind, reconnect and, above all, feel nourished. You will leave inspired in new ways to bring small acts of self care into your daily life - to help release the stress that none of us can escape. This is window of time-out to appreciate you.

It is a retreat that will allow you respite from all the demands and stresses of your day to day life in the most beautiful luxury environment.Tofte Manor is a 17th Century Manor House that has been lovingly restored to provide a sanctuary that is perfect to enhance your wellbeing.
