Kushi diet
SHA's strictest diet, but no less appetising. Suitable for those aiming to control their weight or for detoxification. It’s made up of smaller portions and does not incorporate certain ingredients such as gluten, salt, oil, flour or nuts. It includes plenty of seaweed, soups and purees that contribute to purifying.
