Led by military-trained fitness experts, the team is dedicated to educating, motivating, and inspiring you to reach your goals—not just during the retreat but long after you leave.
Each camp is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 16 women, ensuring a high trainer-to-client ratio for personalised support. The environment is warm and welcoming, a true “home away from home,” where you’ll form friendships that last a lifetime.

Rooms
The house has kitchen and large dining room which can comfortably sit 16 people. Retreat participants have their own lounge to chill in the evenings. This leads onto a very large function room which leads out to the grounds where most of our activities take place. There is an indoor/outdoor gym which is on site for everyone to use.

All rooms have private bathrooms.
Each room has a hairdryer and each guest will be provided with towels which are changed twice a week.
What’s on the menu
Meals at GI Jane Bootcamp are wholesome, nourishing, and designed to fuel both the body and mind. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to provide balanced, nutrient-rich meals. Expect a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats—ensuring that every meal is both delicious and nourishing. This approach encourages mindful eating habits that you can carry forward long after the retreat.
You’ll enjoy five meals a day, and our nutritionist will deliver an engaging motivational talk on nutrition. Additionally, the nutritionist will be available for one-on-one consultations to review your lifestyle and provide a personalised home plan. Upon departure, you’ll receive recipes, meal plans, and more to support your ongoing wellness journey.

By Train:
Nearest train station is Sittingbourne Railway Station which is around 3.7 miles from GI Jane Bootcamp. Train from London takes 1 hour and departs from London Victoria and London St Pancras International station.
A collection service is provided from the station.
By Bus:
Sittingbourne has a regular bus service too. Once in Sittingbourne, you can take a taxi to GI Jane Bootcamp.

Families, Children & Infants
