GI Jane Bootcamp is a retreat-style bootcamp based in Kent, designed exclusively for women. Led by fitness experts with a military background, it combines daily intense workouts with healthy nutrition to create a transformative experience that goes beyond fitness. The schedule is jam-packed from morning to evening, ensuring you stay challenged and engaged throughout. The Trainers will push your limits, make you sweat, and inspire you to become the best version of yourself. You’ll leave with sore muscles—but also feeling fitter, healthier, and more confident, with a renewed zest for life like never before!

Weekend Retreat (Friday to Monday)

The weekend courses are run alongside our week courses and are for ladies who are too busy to take a week off. Price includes accommodation, food and beverages, nutritional advice and all your training. Whilst we can not guarantee that those attending the weekend course will lose a dress size, we can promise that you will leave us feeling refreshed and revitalised and have the motivation to kick start your fitness regime.
The Programme
  • Accommodation - shared or single use
  • Assessment by camp trainers at the beginning of the bootcamp
  • Every morning starts at 7.00am with a 90 minute fasting walk in the beautiful Kent countryside
  • Daily group fitness/military style activities such as circuits, weight training, running, kettlebell sessions, boxing, body weight strength sessions, stretcher runs, core sessions, spin sessions, tyre and rope work and so much more
  • Ice bath
  • Military assault course
  • Quiz night (with prizes ) 
  • Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks) & beverages
  • Complementary transfers to and from Sittingbourne station

Camp starts on Friday at 3pm. 

Camp finishes on Monday at 10am.

Mid-Week Retreat (Monday to Friday)

Midweek bootcamps always start on a Monday and finish on a Friday, midweek bootcamps run alongside our resident week long bootcamps. The price includes your shared accommodation, food and beverages, mid-week massage, off site activities and all your training. Although we cannot promise you will go home a dress size smaller due to the time scale. You will leave us feeling fit and healthy and ready to change your life style for ever.

Week Long Retreat (Friday to Friday)

A week long residential women only Health and Fitness retreat of high intensity physical training supported by an expert team to help you achieve your goals. You are guaranteed to lose both weight and inches. During your week long stay you will be provided with nutritionally balanced food and the expert emotional support needed to tackle this inspiring, yet tough challenge. You will be asking your body to do things that you'd never thought was possible, and pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve. You will probably find this to be the most challenging yet invigorating thing you have ever done.

Each camp is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 16 women, ensuring a high trainer-to-client ratio for personalised support. The environment is warm and welcoming, a true “home away from home,” where you’ll form friendships that last a lifetime.

Rooms

Venue is of a high standard (no barracks or tents!). All rooms have private bathrooms. There are 6 twin rooms and one large triple room. All twin rooms can be turned into single use bedrooms.  If you come on your own you will be paired up with your roommate on arrival. However, for those preferring a private space, single occupancy rooms are available for week-long stays.


The house has kitchen and large dining room which can comfortably sit 16 people. Retreat participants have their own lounge to chill in the evenings. This leads onto a very large function room which leads out to the grounds where most of our activities take place. There is an indoor/outdoor gym which is on site for everyone to use. 



Room
Venue has 6 twin/single rooms and one large triple room (3 single beds)

All rooms have private bathrooms. 

Each room has a hairdryer and each guest will be provided with towels which are changed twice a week.

What’s on the menu

Meals at GI Jane Bootcamp are wholesome, nourishing, and designed to fuel both the body and mind. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to provide balanced, nutrient-rich meals. Expect a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats—ensuring that every meal is both delicious and nourishing. This approach encourages mindful eating habits that you can carry forward long after the retreat.


You’ll enjoy five meals a day, and our nutritionist will deliver an engaging motivational talk on nutrition. Additionally, the nutritionist will be available for one-on-one consultations to review your lifestyle and provide a personalised home plan. Upon departure, you’ll receive recipes, meal plans, and more to support your ongoing wellness journey.

Smoothie bowl for breakfast, a hearty quinoa salad with roasted vegetables for lunch and a light, satisfying dinner with grilled fish and steamed greens. You will also have mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.

Location

The camp is located in Sittingbourne, Kent, offering easy access to England's finest countryside. Surrounded by charming villages and a picturesque patchwork of fields and farms, you'll have the chance to explore this beautiful landscape during the bootcamp’s runs and walks. The breathtaking scenery of the Garden of England serves as an inspiring backdrop, keeping you motivated throughout your journey.


By car

By Train:

Nearest train station is Sittingbourne Railway Station which is around 3.7 miles from GI Jane Bootcamp. Train from London takes 1 hour and departs from London Victoria and London St Pancras International station. 

A collection service is provided from the station. 


By Bus:

Sittingbourne has a regular bus service too. Once in Sittingbourne, you can take a taxi to GI Jane Bootcamp.
