Thalassotherapy Spa at Masseria San Domenico is the core of the hotel with variety of services using the seawater which is known as the primary source of purification for the organism. Water is rich in minerals which help to relieve stress and revitalise your mind and body.
Spa offers a wide selection of treatments including facial treatments, massages and thalasso based therapies.
The Thalasso centre is compact but houses 8 treatment rooms dedicated to thalasso (wraps and such), 14 regular treatment rooms, outdoor seawater pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, thalassotherapy pool, relaxation area and Kneipp pools. There is also a Beauty salon and a hair salon. If you feel active there is a gym with the latest equipment. There are also 2 tennis courts and you can hire a bike.
When it comes to food, the cuisine is Mediterranean with a low-calorie regiment using vibrant and fresh produce of the region. Menus can also be personalised. Mediterranean diet consultation with Doctor Agostino Grassi is based on nutritional recommendations that serves your specific constitution during your stay but can also be easily integrated into your lifestyle once you return back home.
