Retreat is designed with a progressive daily structure, allowing each day to build upon the previous for a comprehensive and transformative experience. This five day programme is designed to equip you with the tools you need to prioritise your well-being and cultivate habits that truly stick. Through a combination of workshops, activities and experiences, the sisters will help you tap into your inner strength and unleash your potential. You'll emerge feeling rejuvenated but not only that, empowered and ready to take on the world!
Who is it for: this transformative journey designed for those who are ready to break free from the confines of feeling stuck and embrace a healthier, more vibrant way of living. It is for anyone who is tired of feeling tired and yearns to reclaim their vitality. It's for executives weighed down by burnout as well as parents navigating the challenges of raising children or individuals recovering from illness, loss, or trauma. It's also for those who simply need a reboot to reignite their passion for life.

Rooms
Villa has 8 rooms in total, some have double beds and some twin. They are all en-suite. They are all tastefully decorated and will offer comfortable base for a five night retreat.
This is digital detox retreat. Wifi can be provided if needed but its use is discouraged.
Maximum capacity for the retreat is 16 participants.
Rooms can be taken on single or sharing use. There is 5 rooms with double beds and 3 rooms with twin beds.
Rooms are quipped with towels, robes, slippers, and some nice toiletries, including Stella and Dot shampoo and conditioner.
You will also get a journal.
What’s on the menu
All meals as well as juices, smoothies, herbal teas and organic funki coffee is included in the cost.
Location
Castro Marim is hidden between a nature reserve and the Spanish border, surrounded by wetland, salt ponds, and sandwiched between a 13th century castle, and a 17th century fortress. The surrounding area is filled with saltpans and the Reserva Natural do Sapal, a 2,000 hectare marshland.
It’s also just a ten-minute drive to the stunning coastline and breath-taking beaches.
Nearest airport
You have to fly to Faro. There are plenty of low cost flights from airports across the UK. Flight time is 3 hours.It is about 45 minutes drive from Faro airport to the retreat. Hosts will be providing one bus transfer service (from and to the airport). This service is coordinated with the majority of flight arrivals and departures.
For guests whose flight times do not align with this group transfer, we can assist in arranging a taxi or Uber.
