Overview
The retreat will empower participants with:
Insights: Teachings to strengthen awareness of the nature of life, mind and self
Processes: Guided experiential journeys that heal and bring about an inner shift; that is a shift in thought and feeling
Practices: Learning practices that create and nurture positive feelings and habits .
Each participant will have two one-to-one mentoring session to develop a personal growth plan, while the group setting offers a special opportunity for a shared journey. This environment promotes greater insights, profound realisations and powerful energy in daily practices that are unavailable in an individualised setting. Healing treatments in Kamalaya’s Wellness Sanctuary enhance the inward journey, comforting and nurturing the physical body.

Nearest airport
The transfer time Koh Samui airport takes about 40 min by car. Flights to Koh Samui from Bangkok are very frequent and take approximately an hour. There are also direct flights to Koh Samui from Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. Kamalaya provides return airport transfers as part of their programme inclusions.Families, Children & Infants
Due to the peaceful environment, Kamalaya is more suitable for adults only. However max 1 child per room is allowed but be aware that there are no specific activities available for children.Reviews
